Three-peat for Bueghe

Direct-To-Garment, Outerwear, T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

IMG_2679.jpgThis third order for Byron included some really diverse items. Jackets, shorts and tanks all from American Apparel. We worked with Byron to design another logo with a new font that he’d seen while browsing our font book.*

The results…even more impressive in our humble opinions. To heck with being humble! They look great and show how easy it is for us to do one off samples and small runs. And when he hits it big time, we’ll be there to handle the large volume jobs as well.

Tango Again

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

IMG_2677.jpgAnother repeat customer…this time Tango Wine with some light weight tanks in a more summer friendly white color. Did these with direct to garment which insures the best flexibility on these rib knits from American Apparel.

Jordan’s 11th Birthday

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

IMG_2676_2.jpgNext week Jordan turns 11 and an “Idol” themed party is planned. And what’s a better party favor than a t-shirt!

We whipped up a logo* and made them with the DTG printer on t-shirts in her favorite color….lime green. We put some text and the date on the back and POOF! Instant and long lasting souvenirs for everyone that don’t cause cavities or affect kids with nut allergies.

So when’s your next party, family reuinon or group outing? Want to add some fun? Give us a call and let’s talk shirts, hats, bags…

Tango Wine Company

T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

IMG_2673.jpgSiri had an idea for an extension of her already successful wine shop. Selling t-shirts with catchy phrases on them and their company logo.

Using vinyl transfer we made a series of one-offs that she could see and show to potential customers and gage reactions. We also did a larger quantity of T’s silk screened with their company logo. And of course…she chose American Apparel shirts for a slimmer, sexier fit.

Bueghe Lifestyle

Direct-To-Garment, Fleece, T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

IMG_2660.jpgByron stopped in the other day and told us he was interested in starting his own clothing line. All he had was a pencil drawing of a logo and a lot of big ideas. Well, being big idea people ourselves we were ready to help.

We started by creating his logo in electronic format* in a couple of different styles including solid and outline. Because he wanted a slimmer, more tailored cut to his clothes we pointed him to t-shirts and tank tops from American Apparel and he selected the sizes, style and colors that met with his vision.

Based on his needs, we used DTG on some of the items and multi-layered, two color vinyl transfers on the others with impressive results.

Another successful job. And best wishes on your new venture Byron!

Get Creative

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

IMG_2654.jpgFeeling a little creative and in a chipper mood (Woo Hoo it’s Friday!) thought we’d have a little fun. Created this using Adobe Illustrator and the DTG printer so it went from idea to design to shirt in about 30 minutes. (Our other caption was “This is how I Rolle” but that idea was voted out.)

So what is your idea for a design? Got a graphic or funny saying you want on a shirt? Contact us and let’s do it.

3 for Ian

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

ex_fab.jpgex_hearts.jpgex_chick.jpg
Ian, a local graphic artist, stopped in to get three of his designs on just three shirts. That’s the beauty of the DTG printing. It makes it easy to do one-offs of a particular design with a level detail that so sharp that it looses nothing compared to the original design.

And the turn around time was fast. We gave him the parameters and he prepared the artwork so there were no setup fees and his shirts were done the next day. Plus we saved his artwork in our files so when he wants more shirts all he has to do is call.

Great designs…great results. Lookin’ good Ian!

Heather’s House

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

ex_heather.jpgHeather contacted us to get shirts to help advertise her daycare and preschool. Because they were for a variety of different people she requested a mix of adult and kids t-shirts and tank tops to fit all.

We used the direct to garment printer on these Gildan and Anvil shirts for the full color artwork she provided. We scaled the artwork based on the different sizes so it looks great from the smallest to the largest sizes she ordered.

Now Heather will have a dozen walking (or crawling) billboards out there…that has to be good for business.

Sample Shirt

T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

ex_lions.jpgDecided we needed a sample shirt for the shop to show customers just how great the results are when using vinyl transfers. They are lightweight, thin, flexible and resist cracking and peeling. In fact the manufacturer says the transfers will out last the garment to which they are attached. Nice!

We did a bright yellow on this royal blue t-shirt to show the contrast and detail of the lion…especially the tiny version on the sleeve.

So schools, teams, whatever….bring it on!

AFC Bears

T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

ex-afcb_1.jpgA local group wanted to make a point without making a fuss so they contacted us. They needed shirts and knew what they wanted to say but unfortunately they were not able to find an electronic version of their own logo. We recreated their logo and laid out their text in vinyl transfer on 100 navy t-shirts for the group event.

Their sea of blue stood out amongst the crowd of thousands. They got their message out and looked the most organized and unified of the groups at the event. Plus the t-shirts were a practical souvenir for all.

Can you say “Mission Accomplished”?
