Prescription Dive Masks was going to a trade show and needed some logowear to further their company identity.

We had their logo digitized and then embroidered it on a variety of garments they chose including Columbia fleece jackets, Hanes Steadman polos and Anvil lowrise ball caps. And while there was a one time setup fee for the digitization we keep it on file and can embroider it over and over again on more shirts, outerwear, caps, bags, towels…you name it!

Kevin contacted us with a request for their logo to be printed on a variety of t-shirts, polo shirts and jackets.

Based on the color and quantities we went with full silk screening. To help keep the costs in check we scaled the designs so with worked on all the garments then only one set of screens needed to be made.

The finished products looked great and now he and all his employees can be walking advertisements for their business.

Cirque du Soleil, the world renowned performance art entertainment company, brought their show Corteo to San Diego. Paul-Andre came to us with jackets for he rigging crew that he wanted personalized with their logo and names.

We digitized their design from a CAD drawing including a multi-layered thread effect for all the colors in their logo. Then we stitched them on the front and back of jackets that Paul-Andre provided including custom names on the front of each.

Overall impressive results in customized outwear for every one in the crew.

Lisa bought a sweatshirt for her boyfriend at Christmas and wanted to put his name on the front. She decided take the job into her own hands — she bought a sweat jacket and some iron-on transfer letters from a crafts store and the results were not good! After the wrong directions lead her to burning the jacket she bought other letters and tried to stitch them on herself to cover it up with no luck.

She then came to us and we were able to set her up with the custom vinyl transfers on the jacket you see above for about half of what she’d spent on the first jacket and supplies. It came out great and she was able to give her boyfriend a Christmas gift she could be proud of…albeit a little late.

Byron is an aspiring designer who we’ve been making samples for during the past few months. We’ve done so many different ones for him that we’ve lost count.

While handmade samples are a necessity when starting a clothing line, they tend to be expensive. But with DTG and custom vinyl transfers we make in house we’ve been able to help him keep costs at a reasonable level.

With the DTG the designs printed up sharp and clear on a variety of colors including this light blue. The details of the art work, including the brush strokes, show through making each garment appear to be hand made.

For the second year in a row little Alison is playing “Betty-Lou-Who” at a local playhouse and her Mom wanted a way to commemorate it.

What better way than with an embroidered sweatjacket she can wear proudly. Alison picked the font and thread color herself and we stitched it out. It’s now a special keepsake and one she soon won’t forget.

With school starting again Briana’s grandmother thought it would be a good idea to have her new sleeping bag for nap time embroidered with her name. Not only does it look nice but it also helps the kids and the teachers keep track of what goes with who.

Briana herself requested her name to be embroidered in black and we were skeptical at first but looking at the finished product you see it really pops out against the pink and other colors.

Our neighbors over at Pendulum Studios are rebranding their company at an event this week. They came to us with designs for a t-shirt and we made them a couple of samples to help them decide. The DTG’s high resolution was able to replicate the combination of line art and image with fine details intact.

They liked them so much they came back with an order for a large assortment of hoodies, short sleeve T’s, long sleeve T’s and polo shirts. Because of the speed of direct to garment printing we were able to get the job done within three days so the shirts were ready on time for the event.
