Sylvia and her sisters were planning a trip to Las Vegas for a long weekend of fun. They decided to have matching shirts made to commemorate the occasion.

With some design direction, we came up with what you see here and printed it on American Apparel tank tops with the direct to garment printer. Each one was even personalized on the back, which couldn’t have been done as easily or cost effectively with traditional silk screening.

Marilyn stopped in from a local school with a t-shirt that had been printed years ago. It was a cool design and she asked if we could do something like it. Seems the kids are into retro these days.

After searching for a similar logo we decided to scan and convert the logo right off the t-shirt. We updated the text and added some more details that they wanted and POOF! Retro shirt! It was then silk screened onto Gildan Heavy Weight tees for high quality at a reasonable price.

Lisa & Karla of Fido & Company are opening up a canine country club here in San Diego. A high end doggie care and spa center so they wanted a professional look for their staff.

We started by having their logo digitized for embroidery with custom thread colors that they chose. Then we embroidered it on a variety of polos, button-down shirts and tees that will be used as uniforms.

We also took the logo and set it up for printing on the direct to garment printer and made all different kinds of t-shirts and baseball shirts for fun and promotional purposes.

The Rodriquez’s came in looking for shirts for their business but only had their logo on a printed brochure. No problem!

We scanned in the logo and then easily printed it on their shirts with the DTG. Now their staff can be walking advertisements for their business.

Chelsea chose a variety of Pigment-Dyed tees and because we did them with the direct to garment printer she was able to have them printed in a variety of different colors that complimented the shirts without additional set up fees.

Wendi contacted us because they were having a bachelorette party weekend for Dot and they wanted matching shirts to commemorate the occasion.

With some direction of art work and colors we came up with a design that they loved including “Cheers!” in French and Polish! We printed them on Gildan Heavy Cotton tees for high quality results at a reasonable price.

Doug contacted us to find out more about direct to garment printing. He had designed a t-shirt logo for his development team but with fine details, color and effects it wouldn’t work well with traditional screening.

Once again it’s DTG to the rescue. With printing of up to 600dpi quality and virtually limitless colors the designs came out great. And unlike with silk screening we were able to scale the design to fit perfectly on various shirt sizes with out additional setup fees.

Hollice came in with an interesting job. She needed about a dozen shirts but each one needed to be a different color. No problem! But each one had to have a different design on them so silk screening (with setup fees for each individual design) just didn’t make sense. But we had a solution, custom vinyl transfers to the rescue!

With our vinyl cutter virtually any line art design can be made into a custom transfer. And because each one is cut individually there are no minimums per design.

Applied as you see here to American Apparel tees in a variety of sizes and colors, Hollace was throughly impressed and the staff looked great.
