Iggy Racing

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

IMG_2992.jpgIggy is an up and coming professional cyclist and his Dad couldn’t be more proud. To show his pride he wanted some t-shirts made that he could wear and give out to people at the different events.

He brought us four photographs of his son racing so we laid them out with some text and printed them on the on the direct to garment printer. The DTG is able to print photorealistic quality and sharp graphics at up to 600dpi they look as sharp as the day they were taken. The result were as impressive as Iggy himself.

IMG_2969.jpgJack needed a gag gift for his friends at the gym and came up with this idea. We worked with him to get the designs just right then laid it out and printed it with the direct to garment printer on lightweight PE shirts from Alternative in a variety of sizes and colors. They were such a hit he’s already ordered more.

Brennan

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

audip.jpgThe beauty of the garment printer is that it can not only handle large jobs but it can handle small jobs as well, like this one for Brennan.

He wanted to try his design on just a few shirts, with traditional silk screening that would me high set up fees for this four color designs. Since Brennan provided his artwork to us in ready to print format there were no setup fees for the direct to garment printing. Plus no setup time and less waste which is better for the environment.

So what do you want printed on a shirt? Stop in or give us a call and let’s talk T’s.

Le Petit Poilu 2

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

leve.jpgThis has definitely been the month for repeat customers. After making a small run of sample shirts for Levente, he returned for over 200 additional shirts with more designs and more colors for his wife’s artwork. More sizes too including children’s as small at 4.

They came out great, just like before and I expect as her business grows he’ll be back for even more. Hurray!

Hewlett-Packard #2

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

hp2.jpgThe best part about satisfied customers is when they come back for more.

If you remember the last order from HP it was 450 shirts in less than a week. This round we had more time for the job…but also more shirts…1000 t-shirts to be exact. Our largest order yet but we we’re up to the job and so was our DTG printer.

The speedy solution to shirt printing made their detailed graphics look great. And with it’s lightweight at breathable nature, the DTG printing is much more comfortable than traditional silk screened garments.

And did we mention it was fast? I guess we did.

canchf.jpgWhen Laura made the high school basketball team we were excited. But the team has no fan gear. No problem when you have an Uncle in the business!

We made a combination of sweatshirts, t-shirt and hats to using all three of our technologies — vinyl transfers, direct to garment printing and embroidery. They came out great and made for great gifts!

Howlistic

hwlmh.jpgSeems like just yesterday we were starting our business here is San Diego. Oh the chaos! But it all came together and we’re like a well oiled machine now. What brings this to mind is our new customer called Don. He’s opening a shop over in Mission Hills and needed to get some shirts made for himself and his staff. He went with Gildan natural colored heavy weight cotton T’s and we used the direct to garment printer for the best printing of his multi-colored logo.

Well, we were able to take away some of his stress by getting the job done on time and communicate changes back and forth via email. The shirts came out great and he’s already talking about his next order.

Good luck with the new business Don. We’re rooting for ya!

Le Petit Poilu

Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

lpp.jpgLevente’s wife is an artist. She created several characters and wanted to see how they would look on t-shirts. They sent us high resolution scans that we printed on a variety of different American Apparel t-shirts. We even printed custom labels inside.*

The results were amazing! Their scans were so detailed that the DTG printed even the stroke marks from the originals. It almost looks like each shirt was drawn individually.

And the best part for them, because of our distributor contacts we are able to provide them with the shirt and printing at a total price that’s less than buying the blank shirt at retail. This means they can resell the shirts with the artwork at a considerable profit.

So how can your designs make you money? Give us a call or stop in and let’s talk.

Chuck

Direct-To-Garment, Embroidery, Other, T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

cthg.jpgChuck, a friend and now customer, hadn’t ordered new apparel for his business in a few years. He decided it was time for a change so we worked with him to design a new logo and then he got the trifecta…items printed with the DTG, embroidered and vinyl transfers.

We used the direct to garment printer and vinyl transfers to put the new logos on a variety of t-shirts and tanktops. Each one a different color to give him some variety.

We also embroidered a stock image and his business name in the colors he chose on some of his new haircutting capes.

Now Chuck’s a walking advertisement for his business. And the customers aren’t the only ones supporting a professionally styled look!

mcpls.jpgFall is upon us! And even here in sunny San Diego do the temperatures drop from time to time.

Guess that’s the reason why Steve called up and ordered more t-shirts, only this time he wanted long sleeves. With his art work still on file from the last order we were able to reprint them with the DTG and have them ready fast.

Good thing. This way he’ll get some wear out of them before it’s time to order sweatshirts.
