Feeling a little creative and in a chipper mood (Woo Hoo it’s Friday!) thought we’d have a little fun. Created this using Adobe Illustrator and the DTG printer so it went from idea to design to shirt in about 30 minutes. (Our other caption was “This is how I Rolle” but that idea was voted out.)

Ian, a local graphic artist, stopped in to get three of his designs on just three shirts. That’s the beauty of the DTG printing. It makes it easy to do one-offs of a particular design with a level detail that so sharp that it looses nothing compared to the original design.

And the turn around time was fast. We gave him the parameters and he prepared the artwork so there were no setup fees and his shirts were done the next day. Plus we saved his artwork in our files so when he wants more shirts all he has to do is call.

Heather contacted us to get shirts to help advertise her daycare and preschool. Because they were for a variety of different people she requested a mix of adult and kids t-shirts and tank tops to fit all.

We used the direct to garment printer on these Gildan and Anvil shirts for the full color artwork she provided. We scaled the artwork based on the different sizes so it looks great from the smallest to the largest sizes she ordered.

Now Heather will have a dozen walking (or crawling) billboards out there…that has to be good for business.

Decided we needed a sample shirt for the shop to show customers just how great the results are when using vinyl transfers. They are lightweight, thin, flexible and resist cracking and peeling. In fact the manufacturer says the transfers will out last the garment to which they are attached. Nice!

We did a bright yellow on this royal blue t-shirt to show the contrast and detail of the lion…especially the tiny version on the sleeve.

So schools, teams, whatever….bring it on!

A local group wanted to make a point without making a fuss so they contacted us. They needed shirts and knew what they wanted to say but unfortunately they were not able to find an electronic version of their own logo. We recreated their logo and laid out their text in vinyl transfer on 100 navy t-shirts for the group event.

Their sea of blue stood out amongst the crowd of thousands. They got their message out and looked the most organized and unified of the groups at the event. Plus the t-shirts were a practical souvenir for all.

Can you say “Mission Accomplished”?

Brian contacted us about getting a handful of shirts for a party he was having. He had the artwork but needed some text added to punch it up a bit. The catch was, he didn’t have a lot of time to spare.

We were able to get his shirts in overnight, get them printed with the direct to garment printer with photo quality resolution and he picked them up in time for his flight.

Word is the party (and the t-shirts) were a real hit. We are already talking about shirts for the next party…and this time we’re invited.

Steve from Mastercraft Painting got our name from one of our previous customers. He was looking for work shirts for his guys that would serve as advertizing while they work.

Steve decided on the Gildan pocket T in the color natural that would compliment his dark red logo and a couple extras in light gray to give to family or friends. We were able to provide him shirts in sizes up to XXL…in fact we can get shirts in sizes up to 5XL in some cases.

Seems Steve was happy with the results as he’s placed a reorder already.

The other day when we were explaining to a customer how the direct to garment printer can do everything from text to logos to photo quality images we realized we didn’t have any photos printed on a shirt to show as an example. So off to the sample closet we went to get a shirt.

We used this Mustang image and because of the many different shadows and reflections on the car that show off the level of detail possible. Though this image is mostly shades of gray with some blue, we can print photos of anything in up to 16 million colors at 600 dpi. And because it’s printed on the garment directly, there is no wasted ink like with traditional silk screening and printed area is light and soft to the touch much like the fabric it was printed on.

Hmmm….must find more pictures!

Thought we’d try to do a multiple color embroidery that used several needles just to see how it would come out. All the demos and jobs we’d done before were only one or two colors so we picked out a pattern that had eight colors. As a result we invented the Christmas hat!

Shame you can’t see it in the picture, but the stitch pattern on each Christmas ornament is different. There is some serious detail in this design. Stop by and have a look at it sometime. We have this and a catalog of 5,000 other stock designs just waiting to be stitched. Not to mention custom digitization for your own art work or logos.

Roger from Fidelity Electric contacted us for t-shirts that he and his employees could wear on the job. He also wanted extras to give out to friends and customers. What better way to advertize than on a t-shirt?

We hooked Roger up with durable Hanes pocketed Beefy-T’s with logo on front and back via direct to garment printing. They came out great and he liked them so much he’s already ordered more.
