Byron….10th order?

Outerwear, Fleece, Vinyl Transfers, Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

byr2.jpgByron is an aspiring designer who we’ve been making samples for during the past few months. We’ve done so many different ones for him that we’ve lost count.

While handmade samples are a necessity when starting a clothing line, they tend to be expensive. But with DTG and custom vinyl transfers we make in house we’ve been able to help him keep costs at a reasonable level.

We wish you luck Byron and thanks for letting us be there at the start of something big!

Bulldog Drummond

Vinyl Transfers, T-Shirts

Bddrum_2.jpgAs idea guys, the people at Bulldog Drummond understand the importance of corporate identity. Byran stopped in one afternoon to inquire about shirts for a team building/holiday event. He wanted their company logo on American Apparel shirts for a more modern fit. The catch was he had less than a week before the event.

We said no problem! We had a sample to him the next day and with his approval we ordered the shirts, pressed on custom vinyl transfers of their logo and delivered in time. As you can see from the picture they looked great.

What can we do to help boost your corporate identity or advertise your business? Stop in and find out.

Byron again and again and again…

Vinyl Transfers, T-Shirts

byrn.jpgThey say repeat and threepeat…what do you call a customer who’s placed 8 different orders with us? An eightpeat??

Byron came in again with some more new ideas. We took one of his custom logos, stripped it down to a more simple graphic* and created a vinyl transfer. Though it looks gray on gray in the photo, it’s actually black on black giving it a tone on tone textured look. It came out great and we look forward to a…ninepeat??

Canton Chiefs

Vinyl Transfers, Fleece, Direct-To-Garment, Emboroidery, Hats, T-Shirts

canchf.jpgWhen Laura made the high school basketball team we were excited. But the team has no fan gear. No problem when you have an Uncle in the business!

We made a combination of sweatshirts, t-shirt and hats to using all three of our technologies — vinyl transfers, direct to garment printing and embroidery. They came out great and made for great gifts!

To make your team look like a team or fans look like fans give us a call and lets talk teamwear!

Russ

Vinyl Transfers, T-Shirts

n48.jpgRuss’s sister has a birthday coming up and he stopped into the shop to get a few shirts to comemorate the occasion. He had an idea of what he wanted so we worked together to come up with the shirts you see here. We used Hanes Beefy-T’s and a vinyl transfers for an authentic look.

We think they’re funny Russ. Let’s hope your sister has the same sense of humor.

Jody…again??

Vinyl Transfers, T-Shirts

ftgotp.jpgYup! Jody’s back for more shirts to wear to the football games. This time she heard a phrase in the commentary that she (and we) thought was pretty funny.

We laid it out, pressed it on in vinyl and even included the number of their favorite QB on the back.

What will Jody think of next? We don’t know, but with so many games left in the season and our fast service/good prices I’m sure she’ll be back.

Chuck

Vinyl Transfers, Direct-To-Garment, Emboroidery, Other, T-Shirts

cthg.jpgChuck, a friend and now customer, hadn’t ordered new apparel for his business in a few years. He decided it was time for a change so we worked with him to design a new logo and then he got the trifecta…items printed with the DTG, embroidered and vinyl transfers.

We used the direct to garment printer and vinyl transfers to put the new logos on a variety of t-shirts and tanktops. Each one a different color to give him some variety.

We also embroidered a stock image and his business name in the colors he chose on some of his new haircutting capes.

Now Chuck’s a walking advertisement for his business. And the customers aren’t the only ones supporting a professionally styled look!

Three-peat for Bueghe

Outerwear, Vinyl Transfers, Direct-To-Garment, T-Shirts

IMG_2679.jpgThis third order for Byron included some really diverse items. Jackets, shorts and tanks all from American Apparel. We worked with Byron to design another logo with a new font that he’d seen while browsing our font book.*

The results…even more impressive in our humble opinions. To heck with being humble! They look great and show how easy it is for us to do one off samples and small runs. And when he hits it big time, we’ll be there to handle the large volume jobs as well.

Bueghe’s Back

Fleece, Vinyl Transfers

IMG_2674.jpgIf there is one thing we like more than new customers it’s repeat customers. Why? Because if they’re coming back that means we are doing something right.

After seeing the first set of samples, Byron decided to add sweats to the clothing line he’s starting. This round we used vinyl transfer to embellish these and take them up a notch with black and red logos on the grays and silver and red logos on the black ones.

And they came out pretty nice if we do say so ourselves.

Tango Wine Company

Vinyl Transfers, T-Shirts

IMG_2673.jpgSiri had an idea for an extension of her already successful wine shop. Selling t-shirts with catchy phrases on them and their company logo.

Using vinyl transfer we made a series of one-offs that she could see and show to potential customers and gage reactions. We also did a larger quantity of T’s silk screened with their company logo. And of course…she chose American Apparel shirts for a slimmer, sexier fit.
