It was Cassidy and Megan’s Valentine’s Birthday Party and they wanted cool t-shirts for party favors. When Megan’s Mom came in all she had was a photo of the girls and a theme so we did the rest.

We came up with a design that included their picture and a Valentine’s theme that didn’t look so girly that the boys at the party would wear the shirts, too. Then we printed them with the Direct to Garment printer on Hanes new Tagless T’s for high quality results at a reasonable price. The girls loved the tees and we’re sure they were a hit at the party!

Jordan was looking to find a new way of printing shirts in smaller quantities for his business. This way they could be test marketed without investing in major inventory. Direct to Garment to the rescue!

This design came out particularly well, if we do say so ourselves, as the combination of the sharp and detailed graphics were maintained and the ink-splotched looking background looks like it was an expensive two step process when in reality it only took one pass with the DTG.

Jeff’s brother is having a baby and he wanted some fun t-shirts to commemorate the occasion.

We took his concept and made these shirts using the direct to garment printer and he picked them up the next day.

Back for more, they needed a one off shirt of their new designs. We were glad to oblige because with direct to garment and print ready artwork there was no setup charge.

The finished product came out great and true to the original design. We used a size and color that was in stock so we were able to have it ready the same day.

Robert’s girlfriend is involved in the roller derby and he wanted something to help her stand out so he came up with some designs.

Jose had a message he wanted to convey to the people at his Sunday school. We laid it out and printed with the direct to garment printer in the same day. He liked it so much he’s now taking orders from the other members of the church and will qualify for a volume discount.

Thomaz and his friend have a DJ business and he wanted a way to help get their name known. What better way than wearing branded t-shirt during their DJ gigs?

He came into the shop, chose an in-stock t-shirt and we laid out the text for him. We created lightweight, custom vinyl transfers for the front and back and he was able to pick up both shirts later that afternoon.

By using single color designs in vinyl Thomaz was able to avoid the usual quantity minimums and setup fees associated with silk screened shirts…yet the results are just as durable and impressive.

Byron is an aspiring designer who we’ve been making samples for during the past few months. We’ve done so many different ones for him that we’ve lost count.

While handmade samples are a necessity when starting a clothing line, they tend to be expensive. But with DTG and custom vinyl transfers we make in house we’ve been able to help him keep costs at a reasonable level.

There’s nothing better than a custom made gift for a special occasion or holiday present. Ian decided to come up with different designs for each of his friends and through the “magic” of DTG we were able to hook him up with unique presents his friends won’t soon forget.

Ray Diaz is a talented graphic artist who approached us about sending customers to him who need high end art work. While we’ve referred a couple of customers to him he’s come back to us with his own artwork for printing on t-shirts for himself. His friends liked them so much he ordered even more for gifts.

This particular shirt, an artistic rendering of downtown San Diego, came out beautifully. The DTG captured the rich blue of the sky particularly well. No wonder his friends were so impressed.
