Kathleen

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

Kathleen is involved with a group of women participating in a breast cancer walk this fall. She came in with a rough design for their team logo and wanted some ideas. We took the ball and ran with it.

We designed a full color logo based on her sketches and provided her with sample prints from the Direct to Garment printer to show the rest of the group. They liked the design but wanted something more. Each one was walking in the name of friend and family members who’ve been affected by the disease so we designed a custom back for each walkers shirt with their own personal list of names, and in this case a photo.

With the DTG it’s easy to make custom items like this in single pieces or small quantities. Something you can’t do with silk screening.

Socal Fly Fishing

Direct to Garment, Embroidery, Polo Shirts, T-Shirts

scalff.JPGscalffE.JPGPete had seen our website and stopped in to get some information. He’s opening a new fly fishing shop and was looking for custom t-shirts and polos both for his employees and for resale and we hooked him up with both.

We made the t-shirts on Hanes Beefy-T’s with the direct to garment printer and while most of the sizes were adult men’s we also scaled the design and printed women’s and children’s sizes with the logo.

Once his logo was digitized for embroidery we stitched it on Harrington polos, in one color for staff and another for resale. We were able to swap out the colors in the designs per his request and now that the logo is digitized we can embroider it again and again on virtually anything from shirts to hats to bags…

Dogs and the City

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

datc.JPGRita came in looking for t-shirts for their business. They wanted them for the staff to wear and to use as advertising on the backs of their friends and family. We quickly produces a few dozen including this tank top that a friend would wear in the Rock ‘n Roll Marathon.

A few days later they noticed that they had already run out of small shirts and needed about 8 more. No problem for the direct to garment printer. Small runs are easily done and as we already had the artwork on file we were able to deliver them to her the next day. She was so impressed that she came back for embroidered polos.

Getting your name, logo or design out there is easier and less expensive than you’d think. Give us a call or stop in and find out more…

Baja Bolsa

Direct to Garment, Other

blsaadv.JPGTo promote her new business, Jill had a logo designed to put on a variety of items. She came to us with canvas messenger bags and an idea that worked out splendidly.

Her graphic was done with a relief patter to make it look weathered and worn. With the direct to garment printer only a thin layer of pigment is sprayed with fine detail which gave them the perfect vintage look and feel. Even we were impressed with the results.

Canton Action Photo

cantpics.JPGMike, the owner and photographer for Canton Action Photo, decided he wanted to add a new item to his offerings — photo shirts!

With the direct to garment printer we can print photos and graphics up to 600 dpi for sharp results. We printed this team and advertisement shirt for him and he was throughly impressed with the results.

How can we help you offer more to your customers? Give us a call or stop in to find out.

USD Alumni Banquet

Direct to Garment, Embroidery, Other

alumn_1.JPGAlice was organizing an alumni banquet and bought some aprons for the volunteers to wear. They looked a little plains so she brought them to us so we could jazz them up a little.

For the red aprons we worked with her to design a logo and printed on them using the direct to garment printer.

For one special apron for their benefactor we embroidered it using pre-digitized text and graphics so there were no special setup fees.

The look was just what she wanted and turned those boring aprons into custom uniforms.

PowerHealth

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

_pwrhlth.JPGKristie contacted us with a t-shirt idea for an upcoming tradeshow. The show was only 5 days away and she had several different slogans she wanted on the front of the shirts. No problem!

Since there is no special setup required with the direct to garment printer, it was easy to print different slogans on small quantities of shirts. And with the DTG’s fast printing system we were able to produce the shirts and send them directly to the show so they arrived on time.

Wild Thyme

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

wilthy.JPGThe people at Wild Thyme had an idea. They used the heat transfers you buy at the store to make t-shirts but they were never happy with the results.

Through a referral they contacted us and were were able to provide their favorite shirts from Bella with their logo on the back and event menu on the front for about what they were spending to do it on their own with the high quality results that only the direct to garment printer can provide.

Dzialo Haller

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

dhaller.JPGCatherine was participating in an art fair and wanted some of her paintings printed on shirts for the event. She provided us with high resolution scans of each of one and we did the rest.

The direct to garment printer is ideal for this. Not only does it’s high resolution printing pick up some of the finest detail, but it also mixes the colors automatically which means there are no costly setup fees or per color charges like there would have been with traditional silk screening.

Once again, the DTG proves to be a cost effective solution without compromises.

Picturesque Window

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

pesqwind.JPGJosh just started his new business and needed a couple of t-shirts to wear while he works and to advertise. The perfect job for the direct to garment printer.

With no screens to burn or setup fees the DTG is great for small runs like these. Or even large ones like a recent corporate job with 2000 shirts. Josh chose shirt’s we had in stock and with his art work we were able to have them ready later the same day.
