Kathleen

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

Kathleen is involved with a group of women participating in a breast cancer walk this fall. She came in with a rough design for their team logo and wanted some ideas. We took the ball and ran with it.

We designed a full color logo based on her sketches and provided her with sample prints from the Direct to Garment printer to show the rest of the group. They liked the design but wanted something more. Each one was walking in the name of friend and family members who’ve been affected by the disease so we designed a custom back for each walkers shirt with their own personal list of names, and in this case a photo.

With the DTG it’s easy to make custom items like this in single pieces or small quantities. Something you can’t do with silk screening.

Warren

Caps, Embroidery

Warren came in with a deadline. A corporate client needed caps for an event and he only had two days notice. We’d printed t-shirts for him before but never embroidered his logo so it wasn’t prepped for stitching, normally a 3-day process alone. It was tough but we’ve never turned down a challenge.

We ordered the caps with overnight delivery and expedited the digitization process. By the next day we were able to provide him with an email proof and deliver the caps to him that afternoon… just 24 hours turn around time.

While this is unusually fast even for us, we pride ourselves in quicker turn around time than the competition. A major advantage is that we do our embroidery work in-house which means we can easily provide proofs before the work is done and get rush jobs ready without any shipping or production costs and delays that are caused by using outside vendors.

And now that his logos are digitized and saved on file we can embroider them on more hats, shirts, jackets, bags…etc. without additional digitization fees.
