Dogs and the City

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

datc.JPGRita came in looking for t-shirts for their business. They wanted them for the staff to wear and to use as advertising on the backs of their friends and family. We quickly produces a few dozen including this tank top that a friend would wear in the Rock ‘n Roll Marathon.

A few days later they noticed that they had already run out of small shirts and needed about 8 more. No problem for the direct to garment printer. Small runs are easily done and as we already had the artwork on file we were able to deliver them to her the next day. She was so impressed that she came back for embroidered polos.

Getting your name, logo or design out there is easier and less expensive than you’d think. Give us a call or stop in and find out more…

Baja Bolsa

Direct to Garment, Other

blsaadv.JPGTo promote her new business, Jill had a logo designed to put on a variety of items. She came to us with canvas messenger bags and an idea that worked out splendidly.

Her graphic was done with a relief patter to make it look weathered and worn. With the direct to garment printer only a thin layer of pigment is sprayed with fine detail which gave them the perfect vintage look and feel. Even we were impressed with the results.

Canton Action Photo

cantpics.JPGMike, the owner and photographer for Canton Action Photo, decided he wanted to add a new item to his offerings — photo shirts!

With the direct to garment printer we can print photos and graphics up to 600 dpi for sharp results. We printed this team and advertisement shirt for him and he was throughly impressed with the results.

Scott

T-Shirts, Vinyl Transfers

scts.JPGScott designed a t-shirt for him and a group of friends. Problem was he only needed 6 and with silk screening there’s a minimum of 24 pieces or more. Scott turned to us for custom vinyl transfers.

Vinyl transfers are perfect for small runs like this and without the setup fees they are very cost effective. We did a two color with with white lettering and gold metallic for the burrito.

The best part is that the transfers are durable and light weight, even lighter than some silk screened designs.

Better results for less money…

USD Alumni Banquet

Direct to Garment, Embroidery, Other

alumn_1.JPGAlice was organizing an alumni banquet and bought some aprons for the volunteers to wear. They looked a little plains so she brought them to us so we could jazz them up a little.

For the red aprons we worked with her to design a logo and printed on them using the direct to garment printer.

For one special apron for their benefactor we embroidered it using pre-digitized text and graphics so there were no special setup fees.

The look was just what she wanted and turned those boring aprons into custom uniforms.

PowerHealth

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

_pwrhlth.JPGKristie contacted us with a t-shirt idea for an upcoming tradeshow. The show was only 5 days away and she had several different slogans she wanted on the front of the shirts. No problem!

Since there is no special setup required with the direct to garment printer, it was easy to print different slogans on small quantities of shirts. And with the DTG’s fast printing system we were able to produce the shirts and send them directly to the show so they arrived on time.

Zorlac Skateboards

Embroidery, Outerwear

zorlc.JPGRory approached us about a new project they are working on with the old Zorlac Skateboards logo. He wanted to try some embroidered apparel and had some work done overseas with his highly detailed logo that he wasn’t satisfied with. With time and communication differences it was difficult to work with his foreign counterparts.

We digitized his design and were able to provide him with several modifications and samples upon his request. He was very happy with the final results and really appreciated working with a shop who does embroidery work in-house so he was able to proof it and get exactly what he wanted with a quick turn around.

Another satisfied customer!

Wild Thyme

Direct to Garment, T-Shirts

wilthy.JPGThe people at Wild Thyme had an idea. They used the heat transfers you buy at the store to make t-shirts but they were never happy with the results.

Through a referral they contacted us and were were able to provide their favorite shirts from Bella with their logo on the back and event menu on the front for about what they were spending to do it on their own with the high quality results that only the direct to garment printer can provide.

Dining Details

Caps, Embroidery, Other, Silk Screen, T-Shirts

dindet.JPGdindetT.JPGRobbie and Julie run a high-end catering business here in San Diego so their image is important.

After digitizing their logo for embroidery we stitched them out on jackets along with the names of two of their chefs. They liked it so much that they got embroidered hats and visors to match.

For the whole staff the also ordered silkscreened t-shirts from both Hanes for the men and Alternative for the women for a more flattering fit.

Nerd Herd

Embroidery, Polo Shirts

nherd.JPGLuke has a small business that he wanted to promote while making a good impression on his clients. What better way than embroidered workwear.

We digitized his logo for embroidery and sewed it on some Gildan polos for good quality at an affordable price. Because he wanted both black and white polos we switched out the colors in the design accordingly for no extra charge.
